This tut was made using PSPx4.
And knowledge of PSPx4.

Supplies needed 

Tube of choice. I used one by Arthur Crowe.
You need a license to use his work. You can get it 
and his work here at Arthur Crowes Factory.
PTU kit I Heart Muzik by Toxic Desirez.
You can get it at The PSP Project.
Mask of choice. I used by MB and SW Mask 17 by 
Font of choice. I used Black Chancery.

Go ahead and open list of Things here used and go ahead and resize them
by the percentage by each item. If there is no number no need to resize.

MB and SW Mask 17
Paper 5 - 86%
Doodle 2
Frame 2 - 85%
Tube - resize if needed
Bunny - 30%
Charm - 40%
Speaker - 30% 
Butterfly - 40% 
Wordart - 90% 
Sparkles - 80%


When you see ** look at tag to see placement for Elements. 
Sometimes it is hard to say just how to place it.
Drop shadows added are 0.0.100.4 unless otherwise stated.

It is always good to check for overhang of shadow on edges of tag. 
I have made a tag or to and not check and when I got done 
I would post it and see the over hang on the sides and think MAN!! lol

Remember to save often.

Start off with New image 600 x 600. 

Copy and paste Paper 5 as new layer. Layers, New Mask layer. 
Find the mask in the list Click ok. Merge group

Copy and paste Doodle 2 as new layer.

Copy and paste Frame 2 as new layer.
Add drop shadow.

Copy and paste Tube as new layer. Move to the left just
a bit.** Add drop shadow.

Copy and paste Bunny as new layer. Move to bottom left
of tag.** Add drop shadow.

Copy and paste Cahrm as new layer. Move to bottom right
of the bunny.** Add drop shadow.

Copy and paste Speaker as new layer. Images Flip 
horizontal. Move to bottom right of tag.**
Add drop shadow.

Copy and paste Butterfly as new layer. Images Free rotate,
45 to the right. Move to top right of tag.**
Add drop shadow.

Copy and paste Wordart as new layer. 
Add drop shadow of 0,0,100,5.

Copy and paste Sparkles as new layer.

Add proper copyright. url and Lic if required.
Add name and your done.

the feather.** Add drop shadow.

Copy and paste tube as new layer. Move to bottom of tag.**
Add drop shadow.

Copy and paste branch2 as new layer. 
Move to bottom of tag.** Add drop shadow.

Copy and paste bow1 as new layer. Move to top of tag.**
Add drop shadow.

Copy and paste swirl as new layer. Move up and to the
left. Put just above mask layer.** Add drop shadow.

Add proper copyright. url and Lic if required.
Add name and your done.

Template used 116 by Blissfully Beth.
Mask of choice. I used Mask 47 MB and SW 
Font of choice. I used Dobkin.

Go ahead and open list of Things here used and go ahead and resize them

Open Template Shift+D to duplicate close original.
Delete the credits and background layer.

On Vert Line 1 Selections all Float Defloat invert.
Copy and paste p08 as new layer over that, Delete
Selections none. Add drop shadow. Delete Vert line 1 repeat same for 
vert line 2 and 3 layers of template.
Using p02 repeat same process on pink 1, 2 and 3 layers of
template.

On Pink Oval layer of template add drop shadow.
On WARNING layer Seletions all float defloat invert.
Paste p10 over that and then delete. Selections none.

Copy and paste tube as new layer just over the white oval.
Move to righ.** Add drop shadow.

From top layer in template 
Copy and paste ele55 as new layer. Move to bottom right.

Copy and paste ele75 as new layer. Move to under ele55.**
Add drop shadow.

Copy and paste ele80 as new layer. Move to under tube.
Place at top part of ovals.** Add rop shadow.

Copy and paste ele78 over WARNING layer. Image Free roatate
45 to the right. Move to the left just over bow.** 
Add drop shadow.

Copy and paste ele67 as new layer. Move to over Pink
background layer.

Copy and paste ele51 as new layer. Move to under white oval
and to the left. Images Flip Horizontal. ** Add drop shadow
to it and the white oval.

Copy and paste p10 as new layer. Move to bottom layer.  
Layers, New Mask layer. Find the mask in the list Click ok. 
Merge group. Resize all layers to 600x600

Add proper copyright. url and Lic if required.
Add name and your done.

Duplicate Move to left to look like it is joined. Adjust Gaussian blur
radius 15. 

Copy and paste RD_PT_Paper02 as new layer. Move to the right
Duplicate Move to left to look like it is joined. Blend Lighten.

Copy and paste RD_PT_Swirl as new layer. Images Flip horizontal.
Move to the left of banner.** Add drop shadow.

Copy and paste tube as new layer and move to right of banner.** Blend luminance.
Duplicate blend hardlight. Add drop shadow. Duplicate adjust gaussian 
blur radius 15.

Copy and paste RD_PT_ChristmasGnome as new layer. Move to bottom left of tube.**
Add drop shadow.

Copy and paste RD_PT_Cupcake as new layer. Move to bottom left of banner.**
Add drop shadow.

Layers - New raster layer, Selections all, modify, contract by 3, invert.
Flood fill color of choice. Duplicate Adjust Gaussian blur radius 15.


Add proper copyright. url and Lic if required.
Since this was done for facebook URL has been left off per Facebook rules.
Add name and your done.

For Avitar I hit shift+D to duplicate it, using crop tool set to 180x180 pixals
and croped what part of the banner I wanted as avitar.

Layers - New raster layer, Selections all, modify, contract by 3, invert.
Flood fill color of choice. Duplicate Adjust Gaussian blur radius 15.
